In the event you terminate membership, you will not be entitled to a refund of any unutilized fee or access to content or readings purchased using Click2Astrology.com .

The website is not liable to refund your unutilised fee or charges if the agreement is terminated due to a breach from your end.

Since you are not registered under Goods & Service Tax Law in India and your current address is not available, thus the place of service is deemed as the place of supplier.

Online Payments
We, as a merchant shall be under no liability whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly out of the decline of authorization for any Transaction, or on Account of the Cardholder having exceeded the preset limit mutually agreed by us with our acquiring bank from time to time.

This Agreement, accepted upon by the use of the website and further affirmed by becoming a regsitered member of the Click2Astrology.com services, contains the entire agreement between you and Click2Astrology.com regarding the use of the website and/or the service. If any provision of this Agreement is held invalid, the remainder of this Agreement shall continue in full force and effect.

Any misuse of the site, or violation of the agreement terms may result in immediate cancellation of membership without any refund in membership fee or charges.
