Refund & Cancellation Policy

Clients are requested to exercise due care while placing orders for readings and services. Any cancellations & refunds are solely at the discretion of the management of Click2Astrology.com. Refunds will not be issued on the order placed once it reaches the ‘processing’ stage by the astrologer. Any request for cancellation of an order can be made via e-mail within 1 hour from making the payment.

Since all the readings and services are manually prepared by the astrologer, some delay in the time lines as displayed on the website is possible. Though, we try to adhere to the timelines to a great extent possible. Delays will not be considered as the basis for the refund request.

We request you to recheck your birth data provided. Click2Astrology will not consider refund requests resulting from the incorrect data provided by you. You can email within an hour of ordering the service, we will consider the changes to be made.
